From September 13 to 17, JCI Canada’s National Convention at the Chateau Lacombe Hotel in Edmonton provided a dynamic platform for intellectual exploration and networking. The event, led by industry experts, featured compelling keynotes, interactive workshops, and insightful panel discussions covering leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social responsibility. Beyond expanding perspectives, the convention cultivated a sense of community, fostering enduring connections that are poised to impact participants’ professional and personal lives.
Annually, JCI hosts its much-anticipated National Convention in Canada. For the upcoming event, Edmonton was chosen as the host city, with the convention scheduled during the vibrant fall season in the month of September. Given the seasonal context, the theme “emerge” was carefully selected to resonate not only with the surrounding environment but also with the spirit of budding young professionals venturing into diverse industries to establish their careers. Ensuring a seamless integration of this theme across all mediums became paramount in effectively communicating the convention’s underlying message.
“Our initiative centered on fostering the emergence of the present commenced with the establishment of a distinctive multilingual identity in English, French, and Cree. Streamlining this identity into a contemporary wordmark, we integrated an upward-pointing arrow to symbolize progress and the journey toward transformation. Furthermore, our creative endeavors extended to crafting a diverse array of visually captivating designs, incorporating a rich tapestry of illustrations and patterns that seamlessly aligned with the conference’s thematic essence. The carefully curated vibrant color palette was selected to resonate with the target demographic, ensuring a sense of familiarity and resonance. Lastly, the subtle infusion of autumnal hues lent a nuanced warmth and depth to the visuals, completing the holistic visual narrative.
In the realm of event management, meticulous planning is always a critical cornerstone. Our comprehensive support extended across various facets, including the orchestration of targeted social media campaigns, the development of engaging e-newsletters, the creation of impactful promotional collateral & website design, the curation of eye-catching tradeshow displays, the design of attention-grabbing posters and brochures, the implementation of seamless online scheduling solutions, and the precise execution of event setup, including meticulous table arrangements and strategic placement of sponsor materials. Our unwavering dedication ensured the consistent and compelling visibility of the event’s thematic essence, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
